Culture, healing, and the wisdom of the body.

I help organizations working with vulnerable communities show up with cultural grounding and trauma-informed care — and I help individuals reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and joy.

Welcome ,

I'm Nuna Gleason — a cultural thought leader, movement teacher, storyteller, and advocate rooted in lived experience as an African immigrant, mother, healer, and survivor.

My work sits at the intersection of culture, trauma-informed care, and the body. I've consulted with organizations like Preble Street's human trafficking department, supported cultural doula work, spoken at conferences across New England, and led hundreds of people through yoga and embodied healing practice.

What makes my approach different: I don't separate the mind from the body, or strategy from healing. Everything I do is grounded in the belief that when people feel safe, seen, and connected — to themselves and to culture — they can do their best work and live their fullest lives.

Whether you're leading an organization or on a personal healing journey, there's a way we can work together that meets you where you are.
