Capacity Building for Frontline Teams- Consultation and coaching for staff and leadership teams working with diverse communities, survivors, or those facing systemic harm — including burnout prevention, trauma-informed supervision, and reflection-based planning.
Policy & Practice Review-Review and revision of internal policies, outreach strategies, or service delivery models to ensure they are inclusive, accessible, and culturally responsive.
