Walks of Joy
Most of my work happens indoors meeting rooms, studios, and shared spaces where we sit, talk, and hold a lot together. Rather than sitting across a table, we move side-by-side in nature. This gentle shift helps the body relax, quiets the nervous system, and often makes it easier to think clearly, speak honestly, and feel supported.
Maine offers an abundance of forests, coastal paths, quiet trails, and open skies. These natural spaces invite us to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect—with ourselves, with clarity, and with what matters most.
Why Nature
Nature has a way of softening the nervous system and opening perspective. Being outdoors often helps us think more clearly, feel more grounded, and reconnect with our inner wisdom.
Maine’s trails, coastlines, and wooded paths provide a powerful setting for reflection, presence, and renewal.
